Son of a half-sister to show jumping horse producer Zambesi. The Diamant de Semilly son Dubai was bred out of Quinta Z, a daughter of the Olympic show jumping stallion Quidam de Revel out of the international show jumping mare Calanda Z, ridden by Mathijs van Asten.
That makes Quinta Z a half-sister to the Heartbreaker son Zambesi, who is clearly revealing himself as a show jumping horse supplier. In international young horse classes you often find Zambesi offspring at the top, and at sport horse auctions the Zambesi products sell like hot buns.
The further dam's line is drenched with sport blood. Not only granddam Calanda Z but also great-granddam Alanda jumped at international level, and Alanda produced the famous show jumper It's the Business, ridden by Geoff Glazzard.
